First Two Successful Patternmaker Trade Candidates

The Gauteng Foundry Training Centre (GFTC), at the Ekurhuleni East College in Kwa Thema (EEC) and which is accredited to train and provides trade testing for patternmaking and moulding apprentices, has proudly announced that the first two candidates for the Patternmaker Trade Test have been successful.

Sheldon Harding and Morne Pothas, who have learned their trade at Prima Industrial Holdings (PTY) LTD, a corporate member of the SAIF, successfully completed the trade test during June 2016.

Our congratulations and best wishes are extended to Sheldon and Morné and grateful thanks to Mr Errol Beling, the Manager of the GFTC for the excellent work performed at the EEC in developing skills for the future generations of foundrymen for our industry.
